CallTime Terms of Service
Effective date: September 14, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CallTime mobile app and related services (the "Service"), provided by CallTime LLC, a Missouri limited liability company ("CallTime," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, to our Privacy Policy, and to our End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated by reference.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must create and control the account on your behalf and accept these Terms for you — contact support@calltime.pro to arrange a minor account. The Service is intended for working film/TV crew and other professionals. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
2. The Service
CallTime lets you bring in call sheets — by in-app upload, by emailing them to your personal CallTime intake address, or by sharing them from another app — and uses AI to parse them into structured "call cards." It also provides: a daily schedule (sleep/wake/leave planning), directions and drive-time, time-zone-correct call times, a contacts directory drawn from your sheets, crew connections and leaderboards, shift tracking and earnings estimates, exports (e.g., PDF / timecard / calendar events), Apple Wallet passes, and optional Apple Health / Health Connect integration. Features may change, expand, or be discontinued over time.
3. Subscriptions & billing
- CallTime is a paid subscription service. New accounts receive a free 30-day trial of CallTime Pro with full access, no payment method required. When the trial ends, a paid subscription is required to keep using Pro features. Current paid options include weekly ($2.99), monthly ($7.99), and annual ($79.99) subscriptions (USD; your store shows local pricing), plus occasional limited-time offers such as a post-trial discount or a one-time lifetime purchase.
- Trial length, prices, and paid features may change with notice. A change will not shorten a trial that is already in progress. Your account and your call cards stay stored while you decide whether to subscribe; you can delete your account at any time and request a copy of your data (see our Privacy Policy).
- Paid subscriptions are sold and billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Manage or cancel in your device's App Store / Google Play subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple / Google under their policies.
4. Your content and call sheets
- You retain ownership of the call sheets and content you submit ("User Content").
- You grant CallTime a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your User Content solely to provide the Service to you — including AI parsing by our sub-processors and limited human review to correct mis-parses (see the Privacy Policy). We do not use your User Content to train AI models or for advertising.
- Authority to upload — including other people's information. Call sheets contain the personal information of crew and production contacts. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights, authority, and permissions to submit each call sheet and the information in it, and that doing so does not violate any confidentiality obligation, NDA, privacy right, or other third-party right. You are responsible for your own compliance with any NDA or agreement governing materials you upload, and for responding to requests from people whose information you submitted.
5. AI output disclaimer
Call cards and other outputs are generated by automated AI extraction and may contain errors or omissions (for example, wrong dates, times, time zones, or placeholder text). Verify all times, dates, locations, and details against the original call sheet. Earnings figures, labor-rule calculations, and similar outputs are estimates for your convenience only and are not official pay records or legal, tax, or payroll advice — defer to your union agreement, employer, and a qualified professional.
6. Acceptable use
You will not: (a) submit content you have no right to share; (b) misuse, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the Service; (c) use it for unlawful purposes or to harass; (d) attempt to access other users' accounts or data; (e) scrape or bulk-extract other people's contact information from the Service other than your own call-sheet-derived contacts; or (f) resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, excluding your User Content, is owned by CallTime and its licensors. Subject to these Terms and the EULA, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the app for its intended personal or internal professional purpose.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (e.g., Apple, Google, Anthropic, Mapbox, and the advertising-measurement partners named in our Privacy Policy) and integrates with your device's services (Health, Calendar, Wallet). Your use of those is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that call cards, schedules, or earnings estimates are accurate or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CallTime will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost data, missed calls, or scheduling/earnings inaccuracies. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law — including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any mandatory consumer-protection right your local law gives you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CallTime from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your User Content, your breach of these Terms, or any claim that your upload or use of a call sheet violated a confidentiality obligation, NDA, or third-party right.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, licenses granted to us for content already processed, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute terms) survive termination.
13. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and — where applicable — by U.S. federal law. You and CallTime agree that any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction. Nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer-protection right, or the right to bring a claim in a small-claims court or before a regulator, that the law of your home country or state grants you and that cannot be waived by contract.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms; we will post the new effective date and, for material changes, provide notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
